| In the sales transformation consultant role (associate level), you will bring expert knowledge to client studies as an active, full-time member of a consultant team, while also providing expert ad hoc support to engagements as needed. You will also spend some time on knowledge building activities. Our client offers personalized training programs to prepare you for the job, depending on your experience, and attractive conditions and career prospects. Working on a variety of international clients, your home based office will be Amsterdam, Brussels or Antwerp. |

- Spends most of her/his time at the client locations (across Benelux / Europe);
- Works with consultant teams to develop solutions to a wide range of operations-related issues at the client;
- Coaches and advices client people directly involved in operations as well as consultant team members;
- Helps to bring about far reaching changes in clients’ operations.

- At least 5-6 years of professional experience as a Sales/Marketing Manager/Director leading a team, a large share of which has been spent making strategic decisions on market strategy and sales operations;
- Deep practical expertise in leading strategic sales transformations and have demonstrated deep knowledge of sales strategy and operations (e.g., sales process and execution, product mix optimization, value selling, action planning, pricing), distinctive coaching skills, and implementation of new customer interaction packages;
- An excellent university or major Grande Ecole degree, with a technical or business specialization;
- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills;
- Is confident, enthusiastic, personable, and mobile within Europe;
- Fluently in English and at least one other European language (Dutch or French preferred).
