It’s your goal to build up stable, long-term channel and customer relationships and achieve a strong position on the European market. The area of coverage for this position includes all the European Countries with the exception of the Easter European (former USSR countries) countries and Turkey. You will strategically grow business opportunities with existing and new representatives. As one of the key members of the Global Sales Team, you will act as the company expert on assigned market opportunities and market dynamics. Tasks and responsibilities:
Channel Business Development:
- Develop and execute growth strategy plans to increase account penetration;
- Increase revenue and margin level for each representative and distributor;
- Anticipate and analyze customer needs, industry market segment trends;
- Identify new markets, new applications and new projects;
- Provide Key Account Management when necessary.
Channel Management:
- Set up channel goals and provide on-going channel performance feedback;
- Conduct channel selection, termination and consolidation;
- Train sales channels in company products.
Channel Marketing:
- Implement project and opportunity forecasting;
- Launch new products in the territory;
- Provide competitive intelligence;
- Provide customer and channel relationship management.

- (European) Channel development experience;
- Sales and services experience of On Line Process Analyzers;
- Sales and services experience of Laboratory Analyzers is a plus;
- Good sales and technical abilities: able to assist in customer requirements, project specifications, etc.;
- Self motivated and ability to work with minimum supervision;
- Willing to work from a home office and travel frequently (up to 50%);
- Solid presentation skills including the ability to explain complex technologies and product features;
- Accomplished negotiator;
- Power of persuasion, steady, flexible and a strong client focus;
- Strong in planning and consistent in execution of operational channel plans;
- Engineering Degree or equivalent work experience;
- Fluently in Dutch and English
