| Our client is a manufacturer of expandable polystyrene (EPS) granulates. They have produced this raw material since 1990 and currently employ over 60 people. As a subsidiary of an international building materials group, our client customises and supplies its products both to the other subsidiaries within the holding and to a range of external customers throughout Europe, strongly focused on clients within the construction industry. Production capacity has grown over the years to the current level of approximately 49,000 tonnes of EPS per year and will be growing even more in the years to come. |

| Our client´s mission is to serve their customers at the best levels possible and be a true business partner. That is why product development and innovation are key issues. As a Manager Applied Development & Technical Services you will continuously look for new EPS-commercial initiatives, closely cooperating with clients and carefully listen to their specific needs. Based upon your technical and commercial experiences you are a true sparring partner for clients and prospects, and internally as well for your company´s peers. You will report directly to the Managing Director. |

- Relevant technical/commercial experience in the chemical industry;
- Knowledge of / experienced with (EPS) granulates;
- Strong commercial drive and customer orientation;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills;
- A dynamic and energetic personality, creative and resourceful;
- College degree in Chemical Technology;
- Fluently in English, Dutch and/or German is an asset.
