| To build up a strong (financial) market position on the Dutch market, a new Finance Director / CFO will be hired. The primary mission will be to establish and implement the financial plan, procedures and processes for the Dutch organization, to make sure that market share, production and organizational efficiency will grow to an optimum. As a part of the Dutch board team you will be the sparring partner of the CEO, the key managers and you will be closely linked to the German headquarters. You are supported by your Finance Administration team (5 people), IT (2 people) and Personnel department (2 people). |

Minimum of five years financial management experience; Business-to-business experienced, preferably in a production company; Experience in leading a team through routine activities as well as initiatives; IFRS and SOX experienced; Power of persuasion, steady, diplomatic and tactical; Focused on results, efficiency and service; Self motivated individual with the ability to energize others. Ability to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize under pressure. Strong analytical skills; Pro-active attitude, day-to-day focus on the business, enthusiasm, commitment; Bachelor or master degree in finance/accounting, RA or RC is an absolute asset; Experienced in MS office and (financial) applications; Fluently in Dutch and English, German is a plus.
